how to track weights no Cals showing

hi all, I have weights and lift at home.. struggling to track as it's not bringing up Cals... am I missing something obvious? thanks

They don't add calories automatically since it's very hard to calculate. There's just too many variables to account for [intensity of workout, how much weight you're lifting, etc]. There is a generic strength training entry under the Cardio section, but it's not entirely accurate. Probably close, though.1

Log it as a cardio exercise. There's an entry for "strength training."1
