Iron Core Kettlebell is a good one. There are 4 different workouts (different levels) and Sarah Lurie is a great instructor.1

There are lots of free kettlebell workouts on youtube. Fitness Blender have a few different ones in intensity and length of time. They are all free.0

Be careful on youtube, there are lots of really bad workouts out there with horrible form. Unfortunately, that includes fitness blender, although I love them for everything else.
I would second the Sarah Lurie recommendation. Another good DVD instructor is Lauren Brooks.2
