Does the Polar FT4 HRM come with a chest strap?

    Yes it does and yes you do need it. The strap is what reads your heart rate to transmit the info to the watch.

    Yup, won't work without it. It's more accurate that way than one that's only a watch.

    no you don't have to buy one, it comes with it. I have one :)
