Reward Systems?

Hi all! I've recently joined this site and community. This time I'm very serious about becoming more fit and healthy. Finally, the goals and objectives that I have are more appealing than being lazy and unhealthy. But I say that now. Every time I feel as though I have been motivated in the past I end up being distracted from my objectives; either I go out of town or I get too busy to make my own food--and then that becomes the catalyst for falling off again.
This time, I want to implement a reward system to help reinforce my a healthier lifestyle. My goal is to workout four times a week. If I meet my goal, then I get a reward! My plan is to reward myself weekly for a month or two, then biweekly, then monthly, when things become more habitual. My only problem is that I don't quite know what I want as rewards! Right now, I'm thinking that each week, I will get pieces to a new workout outfit--one that I will feel confident in--and a new gym bag. Stuff like that. But it would be nice to have a list to go by, so that I can get excited throughout the week.
So, here are my questions to you all: Have you done a reward system before? What rewards did you use or would you be interested in getting?
I do want to point out that I'm not planning on weighing myself for at least six months, so the workout goal/reward system is the best way for me to do this, imo.
Also, I'm always looking for new MFP friends to keep each other accountable, so please feel free to add me!
