Running Buddy Tri-State Area WV PA OH?

I run in a lot of races in Southwestern PA, Eastern OH, Northern WV. I would like to find a buddy to run in a few of these, any age 18+, gender. It can be a newbie. My best recent 5k time is 29:27 (I'm not fast)
