Can't eat all my calories

Hello MFP friends, I am struggling to eat all my calories. Im going to bed with 1100 uneaten

    Though I will say 1100 calories is a lot to have uneaten at the end of the day. It might be worth double-checking all of your inputs to be sure they're correct.

    What do your macronutrient goals look like? Have you met your daily minimums for: protein, fat and fiber? Is it exercise calories giving you so much left over or are you avoiding foods that you think are "bad"

    If you have that many left eat something you enjoy. As long as you weigh your food on a food scale/log accurately and don't over estimate exercise calories, you can have whatever you want.
