So.. I'm new to this.. and just looking for like minded people whose goal is to lose weight.. for me its a mental thing.. and if I don't do this.. it won't be good for me.. so let's motivate each other

Hi, I just started using this app too. I have the same goal; to lose weight and get toned, as best as I can, lol. The hardest part for me is getting up in the morning to workout. It's really a struggle. Motivation would help me a lot0
