I went through a couple months of not doing so well and tracking anything or working out. I'm finding it hard to juggle work and getting in shape. I'm not looking to lose much weight but want to look good. Being 31 I really want to get a routine and healthy lifestyle going now to maintain feeling great. Just need that push and motivation:)

You can do it but do go back and ask yourself why did you stop before and what can make this lifestyle sustainable for you this time around. Good luck !1
