am I meant to weigh raw eggs in or out of the shell??

    The shell is so light that it will make little difference. I'd just go with whatever is easiest.

    thank you, It just crossed my mind that if was making like an omlette could do out the shell but what about boiled lol

    I think the lack of sleep is kicking in and making me question everything
