Looking to gain weight --- natural hypo trophy ...
Start weight was 12.12 stone
5 month bulk and currently at 15.6 stone
No cardio, plenty of that in my job.
Train 5 days a week. Taking 4250 cals.
Target goal weight 17 stone.
Expected around January 2017
