hi Im Linda & Im 54 looking for people my age, who may have had a wls I did in 2014 Ive lost 90 lbs and I got 40 more lbs to go to goal, need heap in healthy fruits veggies & protein a good smoothie for breakfast I want to hear recipes about not using pasta rice bread or fried foods I have not had any in almost 2 yrs and don't want to start back down that lonesome road again.please help I want to saty off the insulin thanks
