Looking for support (pref. UK based)

Life has been hard the last two years, resulting in me putting on 18kg/40lbs and have finally decided to do something about it. I suffer from depression at times, which can make it very hard to motivate myself so hoping the social aspect of MFP (which I've not used before) will help after several false starts. Otherwise I'm a pretty relaxed friendly guy, who just needs a bit of support, the occasional kick and a bit of accountability to keep going - if you can do that and/or want the same in return then feel free to friend me.

Good news is after 10 months of literally no exercise, I went for a jog today. Through combination of jogging/walking managed 3km in 22min - hoping to build up to do a 5k run in September. I prefer cycling (bike broken at moment) and hope to get back into that in next few weeks, plus will do some resistance/strength work at home.

SW/CW: 96.3kg [25th July]
GW: 78kg (My old weight - when I get near I may set a new goal)
