I have just entered "Milky coffee with one sugar" in my log - but it is showing up as 0 sugar? How?!

Wishful thinking by the person who created the entry

I drink at least two cups every day. Once it's in your diary, it's there so you just reuse it. But yeah, use separate entries for the cream (if you use that) and the sugar. I also weigh the cream and the sugar lol. Accuracy counts.

If you always make your coffee exactly the same you could make a custom food which would be easier to add each morning...

yer I got foolded when I first started using mfp using tea and coffee entries from the data base, you soon find out that so many are just wrong.
I now measure and log my daily milk, weigh a weeks worth of sugar then devide it by 7 and log the 7th of it for each day.

iv actually cut right down, iv gone down from 126g a week to 84g a weeks and over next week want to reduce that even more.
it was hard cuz I love sweet tea and drink LOADS of coffee so i gradually ad to cut down the number of cups a day I had and how much sugar in in each cup, I now dont like it sweet at all hence hoping to cut right down to none in tea and just a bit in my coffee.
^^^ totally pointless info there but I was thinking abut it as i replied to your question lol
