I have been on here before and used this system. Love keeping up with what I am eating. It really helps keeps me focused. I got out of the routine and now I recently started a new product three weeks ago. Last weigh in was down 5.6 lbs. Trying not to get obessed with scales so I don't always weigh every week. I can tell the difference in my clothes as well. I have not been strict with my diet only allowing the product to guide me. So, now I am gonna step it up a notch and add walking atleast five days a week instead of twice a week. Goal is 10,000 steps a day. May bump it up as most days I hit close to that before I walk so I will bump it up as times go by and I am consistent with atleast five days a week. I also want to track what I eat again. This is and has always helped given me results in the past. To me it keeps it at the forefront of my mind before I eat something I don't really need. I am looking forward to getting better results by stepping it up a notch.
