I work 4 pm to 1 am and I have an hour commute. I start later in the day which helps keep me from the late night binge. I'll usually have a protein shake on the way to work (3pm) then at around 5-6 I'll have oatmeal. Dinner is at 7:30-9, then another snack around 11. Black coffee with splenda also helps with cravings. Every now and then, if I'm craving something sweet, I'll head to the vending machine. But I always count it and cut back later.0

Advice on what? Eating healthy? Incorporating exercise into your routine? Managing your time? What are your hours?0
