Really need help figuring out what to eat daily. Looking for an easy to use, bachelor tested, step-by-step, idiot proof plans. Thanks for the help.
Sincerely 260lbs but hoping to lose 100lbs the safest way I can.

What lots of people here have had success with is eating what they usually eat, but in controlled portions that meet their calorie goals. This has several advantages: you already know how to make it, you already know you like it, and it makes transitioning to maintaining your weight loss very easy.
What kinds of meals do you have and enjoy now?0 -
I could tell you in the most boring and gruesome detail what I eat and how I do it, but chances are you don't like what I like, or don't have access to the foods I buy, or the equipment or time to make those meals, or prefer another eating schedule, or, or... and then you won't stick to it. For any plan to work, you'll have to stick to it.
Listen to what Jane above just said. Make your own plan. Start where you are now and go from there.0 -

^^^^ this.
Based on the amount you have to loose, I would not be changing up your meals or foods you are eating now. Perhaps down the road you want to make different choices in food, habits, etc.. you certainly can do so. But why make this difficult for you to follow when you can eat the foods you do now? Restriction or limitations are surely not to bring sucess, I know I would be very unhappy if someone told me I had to replace my sandwich I eat everyday for kale salads!0 -
Thank you. It will make maintenance easier.0

In addition to what others said above, you can use the MFP tool for planning. Just log what you are thinking about eating in advance and see how the calories (and whatever else you are watching) add up and adjust.0
