What about dieting but NO exercise ?

    For the last 8-9 weeks I haven't done any excercise due to health issues.
    I have maintained my calorie deficit, even having blow-out days WAY in excess of my deficit goal. I'm still losing! Stepped on the scale this morning and lost another 0.5kg (1.1 pounds).

    It can be done but you have to be super strict, honest with measuring food, and logging everything on MFP. I am pretty sure these last weeks I have also built a strong resistance to hunger, that was the hardest part.

    I did for a little while but for the vast majority of my weight loss journey... no! I have a job that keeps me moving a lot so there is that. I don't even eat especially low in terms of calories.
