Iv lost 36lbs but still need to lose the same again to get to a weight I was 10 years ago. Im 5'11.....212lbs and 40 years old. People are already telling me not to go much further in my weight loss journey because apparently I look fine now for my age and height. Do u 40+ ladies worry about looking older if theres a loss in skin elasticity and new wrinkles etc if u want to lose alot of weight? Should your goal weight take into consideration age? Just curious what other women my age and older think x

I lost 55lbs at 47
No visible issue with face, some wrinkly skin on lower stomach above c-section, boobs shrank but still in the right place gravitationally
Can't say that it was too much of an issue but I have olive skin and am genetically blessed as both parents look a good 20 years younger than their ages
Nobody can say
Ignore the advice, it is partly complimentary and saying what they think you want to hear ..get to a healthy weight range and reassess..it isn't over 200lbs at your height I'm afraid, and I say that as a 5'8, 160lb at goal person1 -
Thankyou and I agree with u, around 180 is my goal and when I was last that I was quite slim for my frame and height so im.gonna keep going, I just worry about looking older x1
