I'm on my 2nd week track in my food intake.
Learning lots about diet, training as I go along, keeping my protein high carbs low and overall having a calorie deficit.
I've heard increasing fat consumption is also healthy? Obviously good sources of fat I.e nuts. Anybody know what else to try

eggs (yolk = fat). Perfect protein+fat source. Olive oil, coconut oil...although i personally prefer fats I can eat that take up room in my stomach.

Salmon is a great source of omega 3 fats.

Healthy fats are obviously good for you but there's a balance between increasing them and staying within your calorie goals. Carbs and protein are 4 calories per gram but fats are 9 calories per gram.
