insanity anyone ???

i'm in second month week 3 doing insanity program . To be fair the first month i didn't stick to the diet that comes with the program so i didn't make a lot of progress but i definitly feel more fit and in shape. lost 5kg so far still 5kg to go ..insanity is about to end and i'm going for a vacation for a week where there will be lots and lots of temptation . i don't want to lose what i come to build so far . Plz i need all the support for the next 3 weeks :)
ps : anyone sticking to 40 % carbs 40% protein 20% fat diet that they suggested ??? i find it really hard to do any help !

    I'm doing the program and yes, doing the suggested percentages. I'm on my fourth week month 1. Keep going! This program definitely works! Try to stick to healthy meal plans and you'll het there!

    Hi, congrats on almost completing insanity! I am on my 1st week 2nd month 2nd time around.. I am a total Insanity fan! I have not followed the nutrition plan to a "T"but kind of made my own and what works for me and I have lost 34 Lbs since January 2016.. I eat a lot of protein & stay away from carbs..what carbs I do get are from fruits and veggies .. I also love vacationing and worry about gaining or slipping up. I find continuing to eat right even if having a few margaritas won't savitage your progress as long as you pick back up after. Keep it up!

    I'm on week two of the first month. I've completed the program three other times so it's not my first rodeo. I never follow the diet, but do log and stick to my goals on MFP. I'll weigh myself during core cardio and balance week. I'm already feeling so much stronger. I had fallen off the wagon and then had an injury so I gained weight and lost a lot of fitness. I returned to my trusty insanity videos because I love how it can whip me into shape so quickly!! Anyone can add me as a friend and we can support each other!

    I love Insanity. I've done the original and Max30 numerous times, and just started the Asylum. That macro breakdown is intended to get you fast results but for me personally wouldn't be sustainable. You could shift your macros a bit, stay in a deficit, and still get great results. Good luck!
