Easy, healthy pizza - 300 calories (Very Filling)

Ingredients:
  • Multi-grain flatbread (100 Calories)
  • 1/4 cup Pizza sauce (35 Calories)
  • 2 servings Shredded Mozzarrella (160 Calories)
  • Mushrooms! (or Pepperoni, Chicken, Spinach, Sliced tomatoes, etc) (Calories Vary)

Directions:
  • Set oven or toaster oven to 250 Degrees F
  • Put ingredients on the flatbread
  • Bake, 8-12 minutes (babysit it after 7 minutes)
  • Enjoy

Tips:
  • Drink 2 cups of water with this meal, it will keep you satisfied.
  • Want crispy "dough"? Bake it closer to 12 minutes (or more, just keep an eye on it)
