- Multi-grain flatbread (100 Calories)
- 1/4 cup Pizza sauce (35 Calories)
- 2 servings Shredded Mozzarrella (160 Calories)
- Mushrooms! (or Pepperoni, Chicken, Spinach, Sliced tomatoes, etc) (Calories Vary)
Directions:
- Set oven or toaster oven to 250 Degrees F
- Put ingredients on the flatbread
- Bake, 8-12 minutes (babysit it after 7 minutes)
