Advice anyone?

I have had a really tough struggle with ednos for a really long time. It has consumed me, my actions, my moods, my thoughts, everything. I just want to be free from it. It takes so much time the constant planning of when will I eat, how much, how will I make it look like more, who will i eat with, how will I get out of eating, when will I exercise to burn it off, how long, how hard, it's for days in advance and it just takes so much out of me. I need help to stop this i need to stop this but I don't know where or how to start.

    Maybe calorie counting isn't for you. If the numbers freak and cause you harm, maybe something like paleo would be easier on your mental wellbeing.
