Hi, i have come back to MFP after 1 year off, when i checked in i found it was exactly a year to the day since my last check in and i was the same weight, during that year i have gained and lost 20lb, usually the same 5lb,
I am currently 226.5 i am aiming for 150, since rejoining 10 days ago i have lost 5lb,
I am tracking and planning my menu in the morning and sticking to it, due to health issues (which should improve with weight loss, I am told) i can't do a lot of exercise at the moment but i try to have a gentle 1 -2 mile walk on the flat most days, It would be nice to have a motivational friend that is walking the same journey for us to encourage each other, Thanks for reading this.

There are MANY people on here that are doing the same thing. Just start adding people. The majority of MFP members are VERY motivational no matter what level you are at. Good Luck !!1
