Adding to my C25K workouts

I'm about to be done with my first round of c25k and then I'm doing it all over again for speed (jog/sprint instead of walk/jog). I feel like I need to do more than just run on those days so I'm wondering what a good strength training routine would be to do on my running days... arms?
I've hit a slump. I'm working out 5 days a week and my weight isn't budging. I'm staying within my calories and eating mostly clean and I can't get out of the 190's. I feel like maybe my workouts aren't intense enough and aren't burning enough fat or building enough muscle. I haven't been real consistent with a certain type of workout on my two non-running days either so maybe that's it? I just kind of look up different workouts online and then choose one to do. I was doing Insanity on the two non-running days but I felt like that put me doing a lot of cardio and not enough strength. Should I go back to doing Insanity two days when I'm not running and add my strength training to my running days?
I don't want to just be exercising randomly without purpose and that's what I feel like I'm doing since I'm not seeing the results I want. I'm sure I need more strength training but am not sure where to start.
I don't have a gym membership so all my workouts are done here at home. I run on my treadmill and I have 3,5 and 10 pound dumb bells and a handful of videos (Insanity, Turbo Jam, Pilates) and then I do a lot of online videos (Fitness Blender, Leslie Sansone).
Any tips would be very appreciated! Thanks!
