Over 50?

Help! Need realistic nutrition tips for women over 50. I exercise regularly, and have lowered my sugar and sodium intake, but still have the 'midlife bulge'

Hi there -- I've just started trying to lose weight (again) -- in my 50s and expecting to hit this problem too.

Hello! Well, I am in the same boat! I exercise every day, and am thrilled that I've lost, and firmed up, too, But still have my "stupid stomach!"

Working off the muffin....I hope. Just started and determine to get a regimen I can continue. Bad back has kept me too inactive and I need to firm up and strengthen up my 50+ body. I want to feel good again

Mine's not gone, but with slow and steady weight loss, it's sure a lot smaller than it used to be!

Lots of exercise to boost our metabolism and a good diet! Support helps also, I'm not talking about something to pull it in but people who are on the same path as you are!

My doctor told me that the tummy bulge which I call the reverse fanny pack, will be the last thing to go. I'm looking forward to getting rid of my weight and the tummy thing.
