    Hey Guys,
    So I just weigh myself and I noticed I lost way too much weight this past week. I think I have to stop exercising as much and add more carbs to my diet. I really want to be in between i.e not losing too much and not gaining. This struggle is real. Lolz. Anyways thumb's up to week 2.
