Thank you! Not much of a secret to be honest. I exercise regularly already. I just had to get my eating in order. I started eating Paleo on August 1st. I follow a 80-20 routine. I eat Paleo 80% of the time and eat freely 20%. I also do some intermittent fasting from time to time, usually 1-2 days a week. Will it work for you? Not sure. We're all different and our bodies respond differently to eating/diet styles.
Find what works best for you and be consistent, that's is real secret.1 -

I made it back from my 9 day trip and by some miracle I didn't gain anything!!! I ate out & definitely ate a ton more calories and only worked out once.
So now I am slightly behind on my weight goals because I barely lost anything for 2 weeks, but hey, I'll take it. I usually gain like 10 lbs on vacation!
Now that I'm back, I'm ready to kick it into high gear and lose the rest of this! I'm determined!

Somehow I managed to screw up my weighins. I missed documenting one day. I think I have it fixed now. I didn't lose weight on my official weigh in day but I am below that as of this morning. It's just not my official weigh in day. When I started this year, I was up to 279lbs overall. I haven't been this light since 2014!
