New Day for Me!

Hello everyone!

I just signed up today and this is all new to me so any help or advice would be greatly apperciated!!.

I just turned thirty this year and I do not know what happened to my metabolism! I use to be able to eat anything I want and now I just keep weighing more and more on the scale! I do not want to use lose a lot of weight maybe 15 pounds but what I really want is to learn how to eat healthier and exercise to stay in shape since my metabolism is not helping anymore!

The hardest thing I think for me is to eat better because I love candy and to get the motivation to workout.
