Hey everyone, I'm on my 226 day streak now and I wanted to say, although I've been going on and off with the 1200 cal diet plan, MFP pal has given me a new perspective on meal plans and exercise. I've lost around 20 ish lbs and I have 30 lbs to go to be at a healthy level but I want to lose at least 50 lbs. I need some motivation or if you need any, feel free to add me.
