I've been doing stronglifts 5x5 for a few months now, and eating fewer carbs (of the bread/pasta variety), and my body fat percentage is down to 19.08 from 21!!
I'm at my goal weight already, but am trying to lose inches/gain muscle tone. It's sometimes difficult to not rely on the scale as a measure of your hard work, so when I took my measurements today, I was VERY pleased to see a change. The number on the scale is the same, but the tape measure tells me another story. Hurray!
