Hello everyone might be a repetitive story but just like everyone else I'm here to loose weight and learn how to do it in her process I'm a mother to 3 boys Busy life always but I'm a stay at home mom so it's even harder to loose some of this fat I'm here to learn about calories carbs and all the other stuff I would appreciate all the help and tips to bring me to my goal weight currently I'm 185 trying to get to 150 any support and friendships from here will sure motivate me to get this weight loss going...
