Stop buying it, Tesco started doing their own 2 cal cooking sprays and these are actually pure oil unlike the frylight sprays and they're £1 cheaper.
I love these sprays, as a few sprays allow just enough to coat a decent quality pan for the food not to stick without having to waste 100cals trying to pour a tiny amount into the pan of cooking oil and failing!

Thanks! I'll check this out. I did buy a pure olive oil spray (actually just oil, in an overpriced spray bottle) and it has made me use less oil. I'll be sure to get the Teaco one next!1

I got the rapeseed oil and an olive oil one, I'm always up for saving money by buying non-branded items!1
