Hi guys! My name is Patricia and I'm 27 years old. I just lost a good 25lbs and I'm nearing my old high school weight (150)! I've never been the type of person who was thin or ultimately fit, but my goal is to finally get to a point where I can show off abs or squat more than my weight. It's all a journey id love to get some support and learn new techniques or be able to encourage others back through this fitness lifestyle journey!
