Losing the last 50lbs - Help me!

Hi all,

So, I'm 27, I'm 5,3 and I currently weigh 180lbs.
I startet out at 203lbs .. went down to 167,5lbs but gained a bit during holiday and because I just couldn't get back into the whole diet thing after the weight gain.. which caused me to gain more.. obviously :(

I'm now back at it, new starting weight was 184lbs, so during my first 2 weeks, I've lost 4lbs.

I work out 3 times a week at a fitness center, and I ride my own horse 3-4 times a week as well, so exercise is not an issue, I think..
I've started logging my food again, started that about 2 weeks ago, which is probably why I've started losing weight again.
I've had to realise that if I don't log my food, I can't control what I put in my mouth and I gain weight... simple, no? .. No.

I'm writing this, because I could use the support and the thumbs up, when I've logged exercise or completed my diary for the day and I'm under my calorie goal etc.

I know it's really quite silly, but I could just use that little extra pat on the shoulder when I'm doing well, and encouraging words when I'm doing not so well.

I hope a few of you out there will add me provide me with this encouragement, and hopefully help me end this (so far) 4 year journey..
I'm not in a rush, I just want to end up somewhere between 140 - 150lbs..

I'm aware that my wishes are a bit childish, but I hope just a couple of you out there will accommodate them anyway ^_^
