Again!I hate it! With 22lbs to loss! I had lost weight between February and April 14lbs after that I got lazy! I need to keep my motivation up!!!!

Its easy to get stuck. Last week i looked in the mirror and was so pleased that i thought maybe i should quit. It only took a few minutes to get my head right. Stay focused. You have this.1

I like this analogy. I have 17lbs to lose, it's still holiday season and there are lots of nights out. I'll kick your *kitten* if you kick mine.1
