My Two Cents...please read

Hey there. For those reading, check out this book. It will help you with your lifestyle change. As we all know "taking time off " from losing weight is setting us up for failure. If you properly change your mentality and thought process of dropping weight, then it makes life much easier.

The book is called "eat this, not that." While the foods in this book aren't all healthy, it will assist in forcing you to think about what goes in your body. The more self aware you become, the more long term success you will achieve with weight management.

It took me a long time to realize this but now that I do, I have been able to lose 112 pounds and I rarely need the food scale anymore. I promise you, its worth it.

"You lose ounces in the gym and pounds in the kitchen."
