Can anyone recommend a good affordable food scale? I've never used a food scale before but sounds like a good way of tracking how much you eat. Are they easy to use? Thanks

I've used Salter, Taylor, and currently use OXO. The Taylor is a good scale for the price.

Whatever brands Walmart and Target are carrying will work well.
