I've recently made these and they're pretty good!

I added espresso powder and chia seeds to the mix and topped with 2oz greek yogurt and 2 tsp mini semi-sweet chocolate chips.

I mixed a little Truvia into the Greek yogurt layers and topped with Flavor God pumpkin pie spice.

These were really good but I don't think I'll make them again-too high in calories for a very small serving.

Try searching on You tube for no bake energy bites or granola bars. I make my own blending dates, cashew nuts, cacao powder and basically can add any kind of nuts/dried fruits/seeds you love.

Yum - I LOVE baking with dates, thanks for the tip. I find that a lot of the no bake recipes call for coconut oil, which I'm just not in to.

I find you don't need to add the coconut oil, I think they just add that because it's in trend right now. When all the ingredients are blended together the chewy dates add the softness.
