Sweet Snacks
I've recently made these and they're pretty good!

I added espresso powder and chia seeds to the mix and topped with 2oz greek yogurt and 2 tsp mini semi-sweet chocolate chips.

I mixed a little Truvia into the Greek yogurt layers and topped with Flavor God pumpkin pie spice.

These were really good but I don't think I'll make them again-too high in calories for a very small serving.
