Hello! I've recently decided to go it 'solo' when it comes to training, I was doing crossfit right up to this point but decided to take a break to loose some weight, get stronger and feel more confident when lifting!
Can anyone have a look through and see if anything needs changing? This is the first time I have ever created my own programme!
Thanks

Almost everything is bilateral, but real-world situations aren't always like that. So how about adding some unilateral exercises, like:
Single-arm cable chest press:

1-arm kettlebell swings:

Landmine press, and ab twists:

Single-arm farmer's carry

Boxing a heavy bag
Then you can remove the HRPU and planks, which are redundant.0 -

Seems over complicated. If you're a beginners, keep it simple. Pick a program developed by a professional that incorporates progressive load compound lifts. Something like SL 5x5 or All Pros.0
