Today is my husband's 30th birthday. I am planning to take him out to dinner after work. I was thinking Cheesecake Factory because I can access all their nutrition info and they have that "Skinny" menu, but holy malarkey! Even their skinny meals are insane!

Not really. Unless you're over 60 and 5 feet tall, it shouldn't be too hard to fit 600 calories.

For what it's worth, the Mexican lettuce wraps are 300 calories and pretty filling (and tasty too). Usually my go-to when I go there. Obviously though, I never got the calorie count verified because they don't post nutrition info online, but it's what came up when I looked it up...

@MiiiMiii225 First of all HEY LYNDHURST NJ!!! Dumont, NJ here! :)

it's only one meal so please don't beat yourself up over it! Just order what you like, and be extra-good the next few days :)

And...are you going to The Cheesecake Factory in Hackensack? I used to have all my bad dates there!!

I don't remember what I had for my birthday dinner, but I spent the day skiing and the night ... um ... yeah ... it was a good day.

All of my guy friends feel pretty much like me: birthday meals aren't terribly important, ideally they don't take too much time away from enjoying the birthday. All of my lady friends, including my guy friends' wives, feel like the meal and the conversation around the meal are the most important parts of the day.
