British guy looking for encouraging friends - motivation sharing?!

Hey, just joined up to MFP this week and so far I'm loving it! In the last year I've really struggled with the motivation for fitness and trying to eat well, but finally feeling the drive to eat better and get back into shape thanks to MFP...just hope I can keep it up! Worried that the weekends are always the times when the diet goes out the window...does anyone else have the same problem?! How are you guys keeping up the motivation?? And whats helping you to keep on track?
