Log it under cardio / strength training.0

Log your time in minutes under cardio (it'll give you a few calories burned, and I cut that number by half to account for rest time). And under strength training log your individual exercises with weight, sets & reps. If you don't see a particular exercise then you can add that exercise in.1

I just wear a heart rate monitor and log it under Exercise Notes. I do not eat back my exercise calories though0

I log it under cardio and don't subtract off rest time. It feels like a meagre credit for calories burned as it is.0

I log it under strength and don't take a calories deduction.0
