Need Motivation to reach my Weight Loss Goal

I'm needing all the Motivation and Support I can get as I work towards my weight loss goal of 30 pounds to start and my ultimate goal is 70 pounds for a total loss. I've been changing my diet and I now walk 5 plus miles a day before I go into work. My starting weight is 230 and I'm wanting to get down to 200 and than my ultimate weight I would like to get to is 155-160, I know I can do this just need to stay focused on everything. Please feel free to add me as I need all the motivation I can get.

    Don't forget to weigh and log all your food and stay within your reasonable calorie goal, like 1 pound a week. Kudos for walking 5 miles every morning, be sure you are properly fueling your body too!

    For motivation, maybe think about WHY you want to lose the weight. And keep that in the back of your mind as you make food choices.
