    We were out of cereal this morning and I didn't feel like cooking. I toasted an english muffing, put two tablespoons of peanut butter on top and sprinkled on some raising. it came up to 310 with my juice but it lasted until lunch.

    I had this for my first week trying to get my portion control smaller. It filled me up and depending on how much potatoes and ham you used it stayed around 375 and it filled a plate with food.
    1 Egg
    Mushrooms
    Diced tomatoes
    Diced Yukon potatoes slightly boiled (dice it up small and measure strictly)
    red or green pepper diced
    Slice of Kirkland lean ham diced one or two depending on how many calories you have
    Tabasco or other type of hot sauce (I like is spicy)
    Great breakfast skillet!

    Oatmeal Almond Pancakes

    1/8 tsp cinnamon (optional)

    Blend dry ingredients and then combine with wet ingredients and mix together

    I love making these for breakfast with fresh fruit they are very quick and easy to make and are also filling

    Almond flour pancakes
    • Serves 4
    Serve these with fresh berries for a nice breakfast treat.
    INGREDIENTS
    • 1 cup almond flour;
    • 2 eggs;
    • ¼ cup water;
    • 1 tbsp honey;
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract;
    • A pinch of ground cinnamon;
    • Coconut oil, butter or ghee for cooking;
    • A pinch of salt;
    PREPARATION
    1 Combine the eggs, honey and vanilla extract in a
    bowl and whisk everything together.
    2 Add the almond flour, cinnamon and a pinch of
    salt and the water and combine well.
    3 Heat a large pan over a medium heat, add a bit
    of coconut oil or butter to coat and pour 1/8
    of the pancake batter, quickly turning the pan
    around to spread the pancake over the whole
    pan.
    4 Cook until brown on the underside, about 1 minute
    and then flip and cook for another minute
    on the other side.
