Am I doing this right?

I just want to make sure I'm doing things the right way. I'm on week 6 of my get healthy/weight loss journey. I'm 5'3"-ish and I started out at 155lbs. I'm now at 145lbs and my goal weight is 120-125lbs (or whatever weight I feel and look the best at). I haven't lost any weight for the last two weeks (is this normal? Am I putting on muscle weight?). I'm at the gym 6 days a week for about 45 min and I walk everyday for about 30 min to 1 hr. Each day I work on a different body part (arms, legs, or core) and I switch up those exercises every week. I lighter weights but more reps. I'm hoping to just tone everything. I also stay at my calorie goal. I'm wondering if there is anything I could be doing differently. Am I on the right path? I'm new to all of this so I just want to make sure I'm doing things the correct way. I read so many different things online and it would be great to hear from someone who has been through this process and was successful. I'm hoping to reach my goal by October (is that even possible?). I know I have a lot of questions but I want this to be a lifestyle change for me and I want to make sure I don't set myself up for failure. Thanks!

Breath. Relax. Give it another week. Where are you in your cycle? I'm 5'4" and when I started getting lower in the 150s that's when I saw slower weight loss, especially if I was ovulating or on my period. You are not gaining muscle weight.

You've lost 10 lbs in 6 weeks - that's awesome! Remember that weight loss isn't linear. Keep up the fantastic work!
