Hi guys!
I'd strayed from my fitness goals a couple of months ago... But I'm just getting back to track now and am hooked on being healthy and fit again.
I know the best way to be motivated is to surround yourself with people who have similar goals & support each other
I used to weigh 88 Kgs but now am down to 83... My goal is to reach 58, which means I'd have to lose 25 kgs
