Hi all I'm just embarking on a new eating regime, which has been given to me by a personal trainer. Any food ideas welcome from all. Happy dieting Jojo x

Welcome - what sort of regime has your PT suggested, and is it just variety you're after or do you want help with a particular aspect? That will help us suggest some ideas. You can always check out the Recipes forum as well.
To get started, if you're trying to get in extra protein but still like a sweet snack I recently tried a variation of these: http://mydarlingvegan.com/2014/05/german-chocolate-protein-bars-2/
My cupboard meant some substitutions (prunes rather than dates, chocolate whey protein rather than soy protein + cocoa powder and mixed nuts rather than pecans) but was still yummy. With a glass of milk has a great protein/carb mix for post-workout snack.
All the best, Dz,x0
