Back at it, looking for some support

Few months ago I was at my goal weight 145ish (before crossfit). Now I'm back up to 166, with crossfit but not counting cals...

    Hey friend. I've logged every day for 670 ish. Started at 260, down to 174, then I stopped restricting calories (but kept logging!) due to some major life events over around 6 months. I got back up to 197, and I'm back down to 193.

    It's a grind, it's for life, but you've done this before: you KNOW you can do it, so go out there and kill it! I'm in the same boat and the "first" 3 weeks have me down 4 lbs just by doing the same thing as before.
