One month of crossfit hopefully I see some differences? Maybe I ll do it longer.

At the very least you'll see a difference in how you approach training. Hope you stick with it.0

you should love it. It helped me get upper body strength after 2 years of lifting traditionally on my own and hitting a plateau at bench 75 and overhead 70. Now i am at 105 bench and 105 overhead 1RM, after 4 months of crossfit! Do it!0
